NOTE: This appliance is a thermoelectric cooler/warmer which performs the cooling or warming function by means of the heat exchange theory. If the surrounding temperature of the unit is too high, it will cool less effectively.

Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Email help@corereforme.store first and we will send instructions and the return address. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item or refund you. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every order includes our written limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights. If it fails from a defect, we repair, replace or refund it.
