Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all orders shipped to the US, Canada, UK, EU (AT, BE, DE, DK, FI, FR, NL, SE, LU), Australia, New Zealand and UAE.

1. Return window

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. EU and UK customers also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which requires no reason; our 30-day window extends it.

2. Eligible items

Items must be unused, unassembled (or returned to shipping condition), with all parts, preferably in the original packaging.
Non-returnable: gift cards, items clearly marked "Final Sale" before purchase, and hygiene-sealed accessories with a broken seal.

3. How to return

Email help@corereforme.store with your order number and the item(s).
We reply within 2 business days with instructions and the return address.
Ship the item within 14 days of receiving instructions.

4. Return shipping costs

Defective, damaged or wrong item: we pay return shipping, or send a replacement free of charge.
Change of mind: the customer pays return shipping. Large equipment returns by freight, and we will give you a quote before you ship. No restocking fee.

5. Refunds

We inspect returns within 5 business days of arrival and email you. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is refunded when the error is ours, or where local law requires it (e.g. standard delivery costs under EU/UK withdrawal).

6. Damaged on arrival

Report damage within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we will replace the item or refund you.

7. Exchanges

Return the item and place a new order. Defective items are replaced directly.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipping.

9. Statutory rights

Nothing here limits your rights under local consumer law (Australian Consumer Law, NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU directives).
