Prices display in your local currency where supported, and the final total is shown at checkout.

Where do you ship?
US, Canada, UK, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Luxembourg, Australia, New Zealand and UAE.

How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates by region are on our Shipping Policy page.

Will I pay import duties?
Outside the US, VAT/GST collected at checkout is shown before you pay. Other local duties may apply. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Products

How much space does a reformer need?
Each product page lists dimensions. As a rule, allow about 60 cm (2 ft) of clearance around the apparatus. Towers and Cadillacs also need adequate ceiling height (see specifications).

Does equipment arrive assembled?
Large apparatus ships partially assembled with instructions. We recommend two adults for setup.

What is the maximum user weight?
Listed in the specifications of each product where available. If it is not listed, email us before ordering.

Can I return an item?
