Limited Warranty

CoreReforme warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home or studio use, for the following periods from the delivery date:

Wood frames: 2 years
Carriage, rails, wheels, pulleys and metal hardware: 1 year
Springs, ropes, straps and upholstery: 6 months (these are wear parts)
Accessories (rings, boxes, poles, small barrels): 6 months

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear, misuse, exceeding the stated weight limit, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, outdoor use or exposure to moisture, and cosmetic variation in natural wood.

How to make a claim

Email help@corereforme.store with your order number, a description, and photos or video of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will ship a replacement part free of charge, or replace the product. If neither is possible, we will refund you.

Your legal rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights. These include the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the UK Consumer Rights Act, and the EU legal guarantee of conformity (minimum 2 years).
