Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Luxembourg, Australia, New Zealand and United Arab Emirates. Freight items cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If a made-to-order item needs longer, the product page says so before purchase.

These are estimates. Carrier delays, customs and weather can add time.
Shipping costs
Costs depend on destination, size and weight, and are always shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer is stated on the site along with its conditions.
Duties & taxes
- United States: no import duties are charged to you. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
- Other countries: VAT/GST collected at checkout is shown before payment. Any additional import duties or customs fees charged by your country are paid by the recipient unless checkout states otherwise.
Freight delivery
Large equipment ships curbside/ground floor by freight carrier. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
Lost or damaged shipments
If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email help@corereforme.store. We will send a replacement or refund.
Address changes
Contact us before your order ships. We cannot redirect parcels already in transit.
