DR.DENT Whitening Coconut Pulling Oil is a two-ingredient oil pulling kit: 99% coconut oil, 1% peppermint oil, with a toothbrush and tongue scraper in the box. Oil pulling is a pre-brush step. Pour about 15ml, a tablespoon, into your mouth and swish for 2 to 5 minutes while the kettle boils. As you swish, the oil mixes with saliva and works between teeth and along the gumline, the spots a brush passes over in seconds. Spit it in the trash (coconut oil and drains do not mix), scrape your tongue, brush as normal. The peppermint keeps the oil fresh rather than greasy and leaves your mouth feeling clean before the first brush of the day. The 237ml bottle covers a few weeks of daily swishing. No peroxide, no alcohol, no fluoride, no foaming agents. The simplest product in the range, and the easiest habit to keep. Use within six months of opening.
