Most full-size reformers are about 2.4 m (95 in) long and 70 to 75 cm wide. Allow about 60 cm of clearance on each side. Towers and Cadillacs stand roughly 2.1 m (82 in) tall, so ceiling height matters.

Does the equipment arrive assembled?

Large apparatus arrives crated and partially assembled with instructions. Two adults are recommended for setup; a maple 3-in-1 frame weighs about 135 kg.

What warranty does CoreReforme provide?

Two years on wood frames, one year on carriage, rails, wheels, pulleys and metal hardware, and six months on springs, ropes, straps and upholstery as wear parts.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 7 to 15 business days. Transit is then 7 to 15 business days for parcels and 15 to 25 business days for freight in the United States, and 10 to 20 or 20 to 30 business days elsewhere. In total expect roughly 14 to 45 business days from order to delivery.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. In the United States it is 19 USD up to 15 kg, 79 USD for 15 to 70 kg and 249 USD above 70 kg.

Q: Will I pay import duties?

No. For orders outside the United States, import duties and VAT or GST are calculated and paid at checkout, so nothing further is due on delivery.

Q: What is the maximum user weight?

Where the manufacturer publishes a figure it appears in the specification table on the product page. The Maple 3-in-1 is rated to 300 kg (661 lb).

Q: Can I return an item?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee. Email us first for instructions and the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by CoreReforme if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Payments are processed through an account held by Echokeeping Ltd, which is under the same ownership as Rosebak Peregrine, LLC, the company trading as CoreReforme. Your statement may show either name.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 7–15 business days. After dispatch, transit takes:

United States: small parcels 7–15 business days; large equipment by freight 15–25 business days.
Canada, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand and UAE: small parcels 10–20 business days; large equipment by freight 20–30 business days.

In total, expect roughly 14–45 business days from order to delivery, depending on the item and destination. The estimate for your order is shown at checkout.

Reformers, towers and Cadillacs ship crated by insured freight carrier. The carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery window, and delivery is to the curb or ground floor.

Will I pay import duties?
No surprise charges on delivery. For orders outside the US, import duties and VAT/GST are calculated and paid at checkout, so nothing more is due when your order arrives.

Maple and oak frames are heavier, quieter and suited to studio use. Aluminium frames are lighter, easier to move and usually cost less. Foldable models suit rooms where the machine has to be stored between sessions.

Who pays return shipping?
You do if you change your mind, and we quote the cost before shipping. We pay if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Tell us within 7 days with photographs. We replace or refund the item and handle the carrier claim ourselves.

Is there a warranty?
