About CoreReforme

Studio-grade Pilates equipment for homes, instructors and independent studios.

CoreReforme is an online retailer of Pilates apparatus: reformers, reformers with towers, Cadillac trapeze tables, chairs, barrels, spine correctors and accessories. Our aim is to make well-specified equipment accessible to home practitioners, certified instructors and boutique studios, with clear specifications, clear prices and responsive support.

How we work

We sell online and work with an established Pilates equipment manufacturer in China. Orders are prepared and shipped directly from our supplier to your door, which keeps prices below typical showroom pricing. Because of this, delivery takes longer than domestic retailers: orders are dispatched within 7–15 business days, and full delivery times for each country are listed in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout before you pay.

What you can expect

Quality materials: hardwood (oak and maple) or aluminum frames, steel springs and quiet PU wheels.
Clear product information: product pages list materials and dimensions, and user weight limits where the manufacturer states them. If a figure you need is missing, email or call us before ordering and we will request it from the manufacturer.
Transparent costs: shipping, and duties and taxes outside the US, are calculated at checkout. No surprise charges on delivery.
Fair policies: 30-day returns with no restocking fee, and a written limited warranty of up to 2 years on wood frames.
Real support: email or phone our team, Monday–Friday, and we reply within 1 business day.
